By using moodpool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
moodpool is a creative discovery platform that uses AI to generate moodboards, match creative professionals, and facilitate collaboration. Content on the platform includes AI-generated images, user-uploaded portfolio images, and user profile information.
You can browse moodpool without an account. To save moodboards, join pools, or create content, you need to sign in via Google OAuth or email. You're responsible for your account activity. You must be at least 16 years old to use moodpool.
You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading, you grant moodpool a license to display, analyze (for mood/color matching), and store your content. You can delete your content at any time. Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
Moodboards and images created by AI on the platform are generated using third-party services (OpenAI, Prodia). These images may be used freely for personal and creative purposes. AI-generated content does not represent real people or real events.
Don't use moodpool to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content. Don't harass other users. Don't attempt to circumvent content safety systems. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use of moodpool after changes means you accept the new terms.
